70s floral burnout velvet maxi dress

Very girly and twirly! Definitely handmade, and well made. 

Very comfy, not heavy, with fabric that has enough structure you don’t get your legs caught up when you walk. *definitely* wear a matching undergarment or slip underneath, you can see in the video I did not! 

Zips up the back, and the bow snaps on one side to allow for on/off. 
No fabric tag, but I would assume it’s polyester based on feel.

Bust 38 inches 

waist (bit higher, almost empire waist): 30 inches 

60 inches shoulder to hem. 

worn on a 5’9” , 35-26-38 frame
